Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5pm


All prices given are wholesale prices and exclude the Australian Goods and Service Tax (GST). Prices are current at time of print and may change at any time due to fluctuation in the Australian Dollar.


Orders maybe placed at any time - Our order day is Monday. This does not limit your ordering it is only the day, which we send our weekly order to our suppliers. To ensure orders are processed, please email, fax, ring or order online by 3.00pm every Monday.


Service is our utmost priority. We quote a 2-week delivery period from the time your order is sent to our Suppliers, unless it is on backorder in the USA. Usually we run just under 2 weeks but please be patient if your order is sometimes late. This can happen for several reasons. E.g. held up with customs, public holidays both here and the USA. You will be notified if Goods ordered are discontinued. In stock items can be sent same day if ordered before 3.00pm, upon request.

Stock Availability

Online we provide each registered Retailer with the opportunity to check availability of each style direct from the USA. All customer orders are filled to the best of the suppliers ability. Any items that are not available are always left on backorder unless you notify us that you do not wish to have any backorders and you would like to re-order at a later date.


We can email you all catalogues along with the images via DropBox - stay up to date with all current ranges. All images can be used on websites or for advertising. The .pdf file of the complete catalogues can also be emailed to your customers for extra orders. Your customer can order or browse through the catalogue at their own leisure.


A website is an addition to your business, we can provide you with all images of our ranges along with FREE Dropshipping to your customers.

Drop Shipping*

With the increase of Web Site Sales and Mail Order businesses, our Drop Shipping Department offers you a *FREE service to ship your sales directly to your customer to eliminate double handling and shipping time. All orders are beautifully gift wrapped and sent direct to your customer with your return details and invoices are sent directly to you. Goods sent Express Post only for tracking. *Conditions apply.


We currently have businesses listed in the stockist section on our public website, we can add your business to this section once you start purchasing. (Please remember we have NO MINIMUMS) (public website)


You can place our hard copy catalogues on the counter for extra orders. Catalogues are updated every year and as long as you have sales from these catalogues you will be automatically updated with the new ones.

NO Minimum Orders

Please keep in mind we have no minimum orders, however if you order a size run per colour you will save 5%. This option is set up online for your convenience.

Sample Pack

We can send you sample packs of our range to your store for viewing at your convenience. These sample packs will be invoiced to you for your choice to purchase or return.


We use all aspects of Australia Post - Receipted Delivery - Express as requested. TNT Road Express is also available. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. We provide free delivery on any backorders. Please note; once goods have left dispatch we no longer hold responsibility. Insurance is available on request.

Restocking Fees

All orders unclaimed will result in a 20% restocking charge. The restocking fee is to be paid before re-ordering. It will result in future orders being prepaid on ordering.


There are no claims for used goods. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from receipt of goods and without authorisation from our office.

Payment for orders

All orders are to be paid before leaving the warehouse. We accept credit cards and bank transfer for payment. All other arrangements are to be made with Management. NO Amex.
